4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times vary; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery/purchase.
Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Opened food/treats/perishables are non-returnable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. In-Store Purchases

Purchases made at our Edgewater, FL location follow the same policies.
