You may return eligible items within 10 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online), subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be unopened, unused, in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Returned within 10 days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened pet food, treats, or supplements.

  • Perishable/consumable goods.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance/final sale items.

4. Refund Process

  • Online: Refunds issued to original method via Stripe within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • In-store: Refund to original method or store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless error/defect.

5. Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost if reported within 10 days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately with photos for resolution.

7. Local Returns

In-store returns may be processed at our Edgewater, FL location with receipt.
